Cédric Philibert

Cedric Philibert is administrator at the International Energy Agency, Energy and Environment Division. He works on climate change. He wrote in 2002, in collaboration with Jonathan Pershing, "Beyond Kyoto - Energy Dynamics and Climate Stabilisation". This IEA book suggests new ways to act against climate change under general uncertainty. His most recent work is an OECD/IEA Information Paper entitled "Technology Innovation, Development and Dissemination".
