Journal Subscribers Info and Assistance

The journal is available when you sign up for membership to the ISEE. You can choose to receive the electronic journal or the electronic journal with a paper journal supplement.

Paper Journal

If you have chosen to receive the Paper version of the Journal as a supplement to the electronic version, depending on your location, it may take 4-6 weeks for your first issue to arrive. Note that you will receive all Journals published for that calendar year. Please make sure that you keep your mailing address current so there’s no delay receiving your Journal. To update your address, use the member login button on the left.

Electronic Journal and Member ID

You may activate your online subscription once you receive email instructions from the ISEE Secretariat. Active subscribers from the previous year who follow this process between 1 January and 31 March will not have to re-register with Science Direct.

To activate and create your personal Science Direct Online Journal account, you will need your ISEE Membership ID. Your member number is displayed on the My Account page. Log in to the ISEE Member’s Only area, then click on the My Account link under the sand dollar.

New members: register for the electronic journal after Janurary 1**
Members renewing after 31 March: re-register for the electronic journal.
Active members: login to view the electronic journal (upper right corner).

**New members cannot activate the electronic journal until after 1 January. Science Direct does not accept NEW activations until after 1 January.

New members and late renewing members (after 31 March) will be asked to fill out the form and choose a username and password. Both username and password are case sensitive! Please DO NOT use special characters, such as ö, ä, æ when entering your personal details into the profile form.

After registration you can directly login with your new username and password at the Science Direct ISEE Login Page to access the electronic journals. Use the login on the top right of the page.

Please note that older browsers may not support SSL encryption, which is required for secure data transmission. Cookies must be enabled in your browser to successfully complete the registration process.
