Ecological Economics Working Papers Series

Working Papers has been moved to the Members Only section of the website. It is a place where colleagues feel that they will have a forum for feedback on their research while maitaining the option of restricted use since results may be preliminary.

External Working Paper Series

The Economics Department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute has recently launched an online working paper series - Rensselaer Working Papers in Economics. The series is expected to grow rapidly and cover a range of topics including the economics of technology, international economics, and environmental, resource, and ecological economics.

Centre for Environmental Policy and Management

The Centre for Environmental Policy and Management has a series of working papers that take an applied approach to some of the environmental issues we face. The series can be accessed here.

Center for International Climate and Environmental Research (CICERO)

CICERO has a working paper series that is almost exclusively dedicated to climate change research, covering natural science, economics as well as political science perspectives. Visit their site here.

Global Development and Environment Institute

The Global Development And Environment Institute is pleased to announce a new paper available on its web site: "Dirt is in the Eye of the Beholder: The World Bank Air Pollution Intensities for Mexico" by Francisco Aguayo, Kevin P. Gallagher, and Ana Citlalic González, written in collaboration with the Science, Technology, and Development Program (PROCIENTEC) at the Colegio de Mexico. This paper, along with others in the working paper series, is available from the home page of our web site.

Tata Energy Research Institute (TERI)

TERI is based in India has a selection of Working Papers that can be accessed here. The main site also has a number of other published articles that can be accessed online. To subscribe to their newsletter send an e-mail to webnews@teri.res.in with "subscribe webnews" in the subject of the mail.

Australian National University Centre for Resource and Environmental Studies

The Australian National University, Centre for Resource and Environmental Studies, Ecological Economics Program has a small selection of working papers available here.

NetEc

An excellent facility is provided by NetEc, who provide a list of over 34,000 working papers from various institutions within the economics field. These results can be found here.

Inter-American Development Bank

The Inter-American Development Bank has a varied and extensive Working Paper series available here.

Santa Fe Institute

The Santa Fe Institute has a variety of Working Papers, some of which may prove useful to those with a particular area of interest. The quick-search facility is recommended for this site give the number of papers and the range of topics they cover.

Overseas Development Institute

The Overseas Development Institute is Britain's leading independent think-tank on international development and humanitarian issues. It is currently running a special Working Paper series entitled "Developing Countries’ Participation in International Negotiations". In addition to this there is also a good library of Working Papers covering a variety of environmental issues.

Institute for Development Policy & Management (IDPM)

IDPM has a variety of Working Papers including a series that focus upon Impact Assessment for Sustainable Development. Users can also subscribe to a newsletter that will inform them when the latest publications are available.

International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD)

IISD has a small series of working papers concerned mainly with Trade, Sustainable Development and the Environment.
